In life there are always things that people say, either directly or indirectly, that affect us. The words people speak can sometimes hurt us more than any physical wound will. I have learned to take these words and use them as motivation on my weight loss journey.

It’s easy to become offended, angry and sometimes hurt deeply by what others say about you. You must rise above and learn to brush it off.

Take strength from the hurtful things other people say about your weight, or anything negative in general said towards or about you. Take it as fuel for your fire. Write it in your journal. Once you have reached your goal weight, seek out those who negative nelly’s and show them what you got now. I assure you their mouths will drop and will be silenced by your new look. This will be an unforgettable feeling if accomplishment and success.
